What is 1xPet?

1xPet is the mobile companion of the 1xBet brand, focused mainly on pet‑themed slots and a small selection of live casino games. It is designed for Android users who want to gamble without opening a browser, offering a smoother navigation and faster loading times. The app combines the same licensing as the main casino – a Curacao eGaming licence – so the same security standards apply.

Because the app is not available on Google Play, users have to download the 1xPet APK from the official site. That extra step often raises questions about safety, bonuses, and how the mobile experience differs from the desktop version. This guide will walk you through each part, from the first download to the last withdrawal.

How to Download the 1xPet APK Safely

The first step is locating the official download link. Always use the link provided on the 1xBet homepage or the direct URL sent by their email newsletters. Third‑party sites may offer the same file, but they often bundle unwanted software or outdated versions that can cause errors.

Before you click, check the URL ends with .apk and that the page shows a secure HTTPS connection. After the file is saved, Android will warn you about installing apps from unknown sources – that is normal for any non‑Play‑Store app. You will need to enable the setting in Settings > Security > Install unknown apps for the browser you used.

Step‑by‑Step Installation Guide

Preparing Your Device

Make sure your Android version is at least 5.0 (Lollipop). Older phones might struggle with the graphics and could crash during gameplay. Free up at least 200 MB of storage so the APK can unpack its data folder.

Installing the APK

Open the downloaded file – your phone will show a permission screen. Tap “Install” and wait; the process usually finishes within a minute. Once installed, you will see the 1xPet icon on your home screen.

Launch the app and allow any additional permissions it asks for, such as access to your phone’s storage for caching images. These permissions are needed for the live casino streams and for storing your betting history.

Registration and Verification Process

When you open 1xPet for the first time, you will be prompted to create an account. The registration form asks for typical details: email, phone number, and a secure password. Choose a strong password – a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols – because the app will store your login locally.

After registration, the verification (KYC) step is required before you can withdraw any winnings. Upload a clear photo of a government ID and a utility bill showing your name and address. The verification usually takes a few hours, but can extend to 24 hours during peak periods.

Bonuses and Promotions for Mobile Users

1xPet offers a welcome bonus that is slightly different from the desktop version. New players can claim a 100 % match on the first deposit up to €100, plus 50 free spins on the “Pet Safari” slot. The bonus code “MOBILE100” must be entered during the deposit step.

Wagering requirements for the bonus are 30× the bonus amount, which is fairly standard in the industry. Keep an eye on the “Promotions” tab inside the app – weekly reload bonuses, cash‑back offers, and a loyalty program are refreshed every Monday.

Payment Methods, Deposits & Withdrawals on Mobile

Depositing money in the 1xPet app is straightforward. The most popular methods are credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), e‑wallets (Skrill, Neteller), and bank transfers. All options are listed under “Deposit” in the main menu.

Withdrawals are processed through the same channel you used for the deposit, with the exception of some e‑wallets that allow instant payouts. Below is a quick comparison of the main payment options:

Remember that every withdrawal will be subject to a verification check, so keep your ID documents handy. The app also notifies you via push notification once the payout is approved.

Security, Licensing and Responsible Gambling

Security is a key concern for mobile gamblers. 1xPet uses SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your phone and the server, the same level of protection you would find on a banking site. The Curacao eGaming licence ensures that the games are regularly tested for fairness, with an average RTP (return to player) of 96 % across the slot portfolio.

Responsible gambling tools are built into the app. You can set daily deposit limits, session timers, and even self‑exclude for a chosen period. These features are accessible from the “Responsible Gaming” section in the settings menu.

Customer Support and Troubleshooting

If you run into any issue – from a login problem to a delayed withdrawal – the app offers three main support channels: live chat, email, and a callback service. Live chat is available 24/7 and usually replies within a couple of minutes.

For technical glitches, such as the app freezing or a game not loading, try clearing the cache in Android settings or reinstalling the latest APK version. Most problems are resolved by restarting the device, but if it persists, contact support with a screenshot of the error.
